SELECTION CRITERIA (Each of these will have boxes to be filled in by participants)

Candidates must upload a video of themselves doing the yoga practice/postures, explaining benefits. *

Please share the link of your YouTube Video

Please upload a file describing the Yoga Poses sequentially and a few of it's benefits *

Number of Participants : No limits. However, every participant should be recorded in separate videos. (As in one video cannot show more than one participant)

Video Recording – Time Duration : No restriction. However, we suggest that the participant performs atleast 10 asanas and hold each asana for 3-4 seconds and also describe one benefit of the asana and at the end of performing all asanas say something to promote Yoga among all

Type of Asanas performed : FICCI is in no way responsible for any infringement of any IPRs by the applicants and they will be directly responsible for it.

Number of asanas performed
Stability
Grace
Perfection
